Over 20 years ago we opened in this very facility, the Cumberland County Gymnastics Center. It was an exciting time and we got to know many families in the surrounding towns, contributing to the physical development of thousands of children. We often still meet former students or their parents and hear what an impact CCGC had on their lives.

Now we have come full circle, back to our original location, to offer the adult population the same quality service synonymous with our name.
As our name implies, we have developed a program that takes us back to "Basics."

Many people are intrigued by quick fixes for health and fitness, and all the latest fads in diet entice us; but the answer is simple. It is a basic formula of regular exercise and proper eating for a healthier body and mind.
