Pump It UP!
Thursdays 9:30-10:30am
A challenging class that will have you lifting weights to energizing music, while focusing on a different muscle group throughout each song. Lighter weights meet a high number of repetitions to effectively tone the entire body while boosting your heart rate. An orientation is required before attending.
