Lifeline Enhance Fitness

This is an evidenced based group exercise fall prevention program designed for those 50 and over who are mindful of the need tostay healthy through regular physical activity.
Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays
7:30 am- 8:30 am
9:00 am- 10:00 am
10:30 am-11:30 am
Program Objectives
- Improve flexibility and muscular tone.
- Improve agility, reflexes, balance and coordination.
- Improve performance and enjoyment in recreational activities such as golf, gardening, hiking, tennis and many others.

Maintain optimal functioning of the mind and body.
Program Description
Although all actiites are conducted in a group, new participants are given individual instruction in the following: (total class time is 60 minutes)
- Warm up stretches
- Optional chair stretches
- Nu-step, Schwinn biking
- Toning with hand held/ ankle weights
- Low level aerobics/ optional chair
- Balancing exercies
- Cool down stretching
