Class Description:
Find your balance, increase your body awareness, and gain more flexibility and strength through yoga! You will be encouraged to enjoy your practice at your own pace - always listening to your own body's limits without judgment. This class is open for all levels and will include breathwork, postures and relaxation. Come to unwind, stretch your mind and connect with your body!
Instructor Bio:
Kerry became inspired to study yoga to learn more about the intimate connection of the mind, body and spirit. She encourages her students to tap into their own body wisdom and sense of balance -physically, emotionally, and seasonally. Her emphasis as a yoga teacher is to facilitate compassionate self exploration.
