Basics member Chris joined in October of 2016. Although she was exercising regularly, Chris was not seeing the weight loss results that she had hoped for. In December, she started working with Lisa Prince to further improve her health through weekly nutrition coaching. The combination of regular exercise and a healthy diet proved to be the solution. By May of 2017 Chris had lost a total of 38.5 lbs, 32.5 total body inches, and 6.2% body fat.

Today, she continues her regular exercise routine, has emilinated take-out food, and is making healthy meal choices at home and at work. Hats off to Chris for her dedication and determination to live a healthy lifestyle.
